Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Items that require assembly will ship within 1-5 business days. During product launches, holidays, trade shows, inventory arrivals, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be longer. Any significant delays will be communicated on our website or via email.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on the destination and package size.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery speed and service are outside of our control. Weather events, carrier delays, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect transit times.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, property managers, and the carrier. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or customs charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges collected at checkout unless specifically stated otherwise.
Customs delays are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders to destinations where shipping is unavailable, unreliable, or prohibitively expensive.
