Built to Last — and Easy to Repair

Our hammock stands are designed for durability and long-term use. In the event of accidental damage, most individual parts can be easily and affordably replaced without needing to replace the entire stand.


Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us right away. Send pictures of the defect so we can best assist you. We will promptly replace the defective part at no charge.


Returns/Refunds

While we stand behind our products, returns are limited to situations where the product remains unused and in new condition. Please review the following carefully:

Return Window

🔄️You must initiate your return within 15 days of delivery, based on the delivery date shown in the tracking information. Open your item and make sure everything looks good as soon as possible after it arrives.

🔄️Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition. (If you wish to test your stand, please set it up indoors on a clean surface.)

Return Shipping

🔄️We can provide you with a return shipping label.

🔄️The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

🔄️Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued. Funds may take a few days to show up.

🔄️Returns are subject to a 10-20% restocking fee.

🔄️If your original order included Free Shipping, the shipping cost paid by YOBOgear will be deducted from your refund.
