Will a 12′ tarp be too big to fit the Turtlebug Camper Stand?
A 12’ tarp will fit just fine. In fact, an 11’ or 13’ tarp will work too because of the adjustable tarp extension poles!
Will my 12’ hammock fit on this stand?

Will a bridge hammock work on the Turtlebug Camper?

Once your item has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping information and track your package so you know when to expect it on your doorstep.
Return & Refund Policy
We’ve designed Turtlebug so that broken or bent pieces can easily and inexpensively be replaced. You can find replacement segments in our online store. If you are curious about which segment you need, e-mail kristen@yobogear.com

You have 10 days to initiate a return from the date you received the product.

Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be UNDAMAGED and in the same condition that you received it. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been used outside are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with your product by setting it up indoors before taking it camping outdoors.
Once the item is inspected, if your return is approved we will refund the product price MINUS A 5% RE-STOCKING FEE AND OUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS to your credit card (original method of payment). We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when you return an item.

i ive in ontario canada and i just recevied my turtlebug . so easy to set up. i have three hennessey hammocks and i had a blast trying them all . thanks Cal and Kristan for a fantasic product . i had a tato hammock stand which i thought was great but was stolen with my trailer . but this is so much lighter and easier to set up . can’t wait to start my camping season. you have a fantastic company and i have much respect .

I can’t tell you how great this stand is. I’ve had multiple stands in the past and DIY stands. This stand goes up so quick it’s unbelievable. The bag is made really well, set up and take down is done in about a minute. It’s light weight. I’m taking it everywhere. I can’t remember a purchase that I was this happy with, in a long time.

My TurtleBug arrived the other day and it is truly a work of art. Easily assembled out of the bag and up in just a few minutes the first time. If needed, there are videos outlining the quick and easy assembly and take down. Had my hammock hanging in no time and took a a quick nap. Definitely a winner! 🏆
